I got invited by [Sertaç Sehlikoglu](https://profiles.ucl.ac.uk/78591-sertaç-sehlikoglu) to deliver a lecture to the Masters students down at the [UCL Institute for Global Prosperity](https://www.ucl.ac.uk/bartlett/igp/).
